Lowongan Kerja Jakarta MARKETING MANAGER
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
1. Marketing Strategy
· Identify present and future trends in the Industry
· Coordinate marketing intelligence activities throughout the Business Units
· Develop marketing strategy and objectives for each industry
· Direct and manage the collection and analysis of all necessary market information on which to base business development decisions.
· Identify target markets and growth opportunities in Asia
· Maintain business contacts and networks with the industry associations, major customers, government officials to protect Sibelco Asia’s interests and business needs
2. Marketing Management
· Review and consolidate the proposed marketing budget of the Business Units to ensure the alignment of the budget with the regional marketing policies and budget.
· Review the implementation of the marketing policies and program at the Business Unit level.
3. Product Development
· Manage strategic issues relating to existing and future products
· Identify and propose product innovation and development
· Monitor Sibelco Lautan Minerals products profitability, and take the necessary actions to improve their profitability

Qualification:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of marketing management, preferably in minerals or mining industry
· Ability to think strategically and analytically with exceptional problem solving ability
· Strong background in the following areas : Marketing Planning & Strategy, Competitive Analysis, Consumer Behavior and Product Development
· Fluent in both oral and written English
· Medium to advance communication skill, report writing, presentation skills and data analysis skills
· Willing to be placed in Cikarang
