Job description
· Responsible of general accounting entries and overall functions of accounting: GL, AP, AR, Cash &Bank reconciliation and DN.
· Organize stock take and inventory control.
· Prepare periodic financial report/ statements and to comply with relevant acccounting standards and regulations.
· Responsible of product costing (and pricing strategy) and also monitoring of expenditure and its variances.
· Ensure proper & accurate documentation, invoicing and other ad hoc duties.
Requirement
· Graduate of accounting and 4 years relevant accounting experience; preferably from manufacturing environment.
· Preference will be given to candidates with experience in internal control and system.
· Meticulous, trustworthy, mature, self-driven, teamwork, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong will to learn.
· Able to work independently in a fast paced environment and to meet tight deadline.

Responsibilities:
· Be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll, which includes matters such as calculating and checking overtime, medical reimbursement, and effecting statutory deductions (income tax and Jamsostek)

Requirements:
· A good first degree, preferably in social sciences or a business discipline
· Minimum 7 years related working experience, and the candidate must be able to perform the payroll function; Work experience acquired in the oil & gas industry is an advantage
· Good working knowledge of Manpower regulation.
· A matured and pleasant personality, with good interpersonal and communication skills
· Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English
